Iverson began her real estate career in 1987 and joined SSF as a member of the Arrowhead team in 1990. She and her husband of 32 years, Ron, call Arrowhead home and have three grown children, Katy, Matt and Billy and five grandchildren, Gracie, Jesse, Annika and Linnea and Heidi.
Kathy loves sharing the community with friends and potential clients. She feels that her experiences from her previous career as a nurse help her to relate well with all people and helps her truly understand their needs.
For an unprecedented 13th time, Kathy Iverson received Slifer Smith & Frampton’s (SSF) prestigious top honors for the 2009 fiscal year.
Working from the Arrowhead Sales Office, Iverson closed with 99 buyers and sellers totaling over $160,000 million in sales volume. This record-breaking volume has also been recognized by the Wall Street Journal where she is ranked as one of the 40 highest producing Realtor in the nation by Sales Volume, four years in a row.

Matt has demonstrated tenacity, aggressiveness and a strong knowledge of Vail Valley real estate during his career with Slifer Smith & Frampton. These qualities have earned him success within the firm. He has been recognized as a Top Producing Broker for the Avon office and since moving to the Arrowhead location, he has broken into SSF’s elite Top 15. as one of the youngest to ever achieve this honor. Matt was born in Denver, CO where he lived with his family for 8 years. His family later moved to Vail due to a job relaction with Vail Resorts Being a true local, Matt graduated from Battle Mountain High School and went on to graduate from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Business Communications and Administration. In 2006 Matt obtained his MBA from Regis University. He is married to Laurie, with 2 daughters, Annika and Linnea.
